Description:
This intensive course covers procedures for safe handling, storing and preparing hazardous substance for shipment by air as required by the International Civil Aviation organization. Students will receive up to date, hands-on instruction in requirements for domestic and international shipments, classifications according to the dangerous good table, and packing and labeling specifications. Student will also learn the critical competencies required for properly responding to hazardous substance emergencies.
